Carrolee Moore joined the Alliance for Business Leadership in January 2019. Prior to joining the Alliance, she was the Development and Communications Manager at the Lynn Shelter Association (LSA). At LSA, Carrolee worked to strategically cultivate and steward donors while brokering new business and community-based partnerships for the agency. Prior to her work in Lynn, Carrolee also worked in fundraising and development for the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA), a policy advocacy organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Massachusetts. Her passion for connecting “thinkers” and “doers” stems from her time as part of the Alliance team in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at MIT.

Carrolee currently serves on the Board of Ambassadors for Silver Lining Mentoring, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mentors to children living in and young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. In 2019, she was selected by the Mayor of Boston, Marty Walsh, to serve on the SPARK Boston Council, a group of young professionals dedicated to engaging their peers in the civic life of the city.

Carrolee has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Media from Fitchburg State University, a Masters in African American Studies from Boston University and is currently enrolled at the Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary pursuing a Masters in Divinity.
