What time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 5:30 PM , and networking will run through 6:00 PM. The program will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and our service project will kick off at 7:00 PM.

When will the event end?
We’ll wrap up at 8:00 PM.  

What should I wear?
Wear whatever you’ll be comfortable in while working on your feet and doing a little moving around. Whether your vibe is more business formal or business casual, our strongest suggestion is to sport some comfy shoes.

Will there be dinner?
We’ll be serving heavy hors d’oeuvres, as well as beer and wine. You’ll be full enough that you won’t hit an after-work hangry wall, but not so full that you’re in a food coma and can’t volunteer.

Where do I park?
City Year is located at 287 Columbus Ave in Boston, and there is on street parking available on Columbus Ave (metered) and surrounding streets. 

Can I get there by public transportation?
Yes! The City Year headquarters is only a five minute walk from the Back Bay orange line T stop. Check out www.mbta.com for details.

Where do I enter?
Enter the building through the front entrance on Columbus Avenue. 

I already purchased a ticket, but now I see you’ve made tickets free. How can I get a refund?
As part of our commitment to providing inclusive, service-oriented opportunities for our membership, we are opening up the Give Back Awards to everyone, free of charge!
If you already purchased a ticket, you have the option of choosing a full refund, or donating your purchase to our partner for the Give Back Awards, City Year. Please email jbenson@alliancebl.org by February 24 at 5:00PM to let us know if you would like the cost of your ticket(s) refunded or donated. Your choice will be confidential. If we do not hear from you, we will convert your purchase to a donation.
